These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of localrevgrowth.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Local Rev Growth (“Local Rev Growth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, contacting us, or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services
Local Rev Growth provides search engine optimization, local search marketing, content, website, and related digital marketing services to law firms and local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and term of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement between Local Rev Growth and the client. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Text Messaging Program (SMS/MMS)
This section describes the Local Rev Growth text messaging program and applies to anyone who opts in to receive text messages from us.
Program description. Local Rev Growth sends text messages relating to consultations and appointments, project and campaign updates, account and billing notices, responses to inquiries you initiate, and — where you have separately consented — marketing messages about our services, offers, and promotions.
How to opt in. You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website chat widget or an online form that includes our consent disclosure, by providing your number to us verbally or in writing and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent for that number.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Local Rev Growth.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can expect to receive messages in response to your inquiries, and where you have consented to marketing messages, up to approximately 4 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Local Rev Growth does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply to messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.
How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or other issues arising from the transmission or receipt of text messages.
Supported carriers. The program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile, as well as certain smaller and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support is subject to change.
Changing your number. If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, you agree to notify us promptly at support@localrevgrowth.com so we can update our records.
Privacy. Mobile information collected through our messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the networks that support it
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — are owned by Local Rev Growth or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to, or integrate services from, third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Search engine rankings, traffic, lead volume, and revenue outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions, and client cooperation. Except where a specific written guarantee is set out in a signed service agreement, Local Rev Growth makes no representation or warranty that any particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or business result will be achieved. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of results.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Rev Growth and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our text messaging program, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising under a signed client service agreement is governed by that agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Rev Growth and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Local Rev Growth regarding the Site.
